- ticketLINK Fan Club Verification Period : May 8, 2026 (Fri) 2PM to May 12, 2026 (Tue) 11:59PM (KST)
- Participants : road𝓨 MEMBERSHIP holders who have submitted the fan club Presale survey
- How to verify : Click 'Fan Club Verification(팬클럽 인증)' on the ticketLINK reservation page → Verification required within the designated period

- If you wish to participate in fan club Presale, you must complete the fan club verification within the designated period after submitting the fan club Presale survey.
* After the period ends, additional applications and verification will not be accepted for any reason, so please be sure to complete all participation and verification steps before the deadline.
- Fan club MEMBERSHIP Presale is a benefit provided only to road 𝓨 MEMBERSHIP holders for events hosted by KQ Entertainment. You may be excluded from the MEMBERSHIP Presale if your MEMBERSHIP expires and your MEMBERSHIP eligibility is not maintained.
* Please make sure to check your road 𝓨 MEMBERSHIP expiration date before participating in the fan club Presale survey.
- The fan club Presale survey is not processed in any particular order, and MEMBERSHIP holders may apply once per person any time within the designated period.
- The fan club Presale survey can be modified during the survey period, but modifications cannot be made after the deadline. Please fill out the survey very carefully.
- The personal information of the TOKTOQ account participating in the fan club Presale survey and the ticketLINK membership information must match. If there is a discrepancy between the two, you will not be able to participate in the fan club resale, so please be sure to input the correct information.
- Only one TOKTOQ account can be authenticated for each ticketLINK ID under your name, and you cannot change or resubmit the ticketLINK verified ID after the Verification is completed. (Please note that resubmission is not possible even if you withdraw from the ticketLINK membership.)
- Your name must be written in Korean or English. (For foreigners, please write the same English name (including case, spaces, and order) as that on your passport or residence card.)
- KQ Entertainment is not responsible for any inability to participate in the MEMBERSHIP Presale due to personal negligence (such as typos in the Survey, end of the participation period, Unverified Expiration Date about road𝓨 MEMBERSHIP, etc.), and no MEMBERSHIP refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
* Consent to providing personal information is mandatory when submitting the survey. Email (TOKTOQ xikers OFFICIAL ID) and membership number information will be automatically collected separately from the direct entry (name).
* Please use xikers OFFICIAL PLATFORM > Customer Center > FAQ [Fan Meeting(팬미팅)] and 1:1 inquiries in case of other inquiries or fan club verification issues.
