With the renewal of xikers OFFICIAL FANCLUB road𝓨 MEMBERSHIP (hereinafter referred to as membership), we are conducting a survey for membership holders who need to update their personal information. 

This survey is for valid members who need to update the personal information submitted during membership registration., Please note that no further changes will be allowed after this update period, so please check the details below and participate if applicable.

■ Survey Period: ~2025.07.06 (Sun) 11:59 PM (KST)

■ Eligible Applicants for Personal Information Update
- Membership holders whose name does not match the name on their passport
  (ex. Your passport name is in English, but your membership name was entered in Chinese characters)
- Membership holders whose identification cannot be verified due to typos or discrepancies in the information provided

■ Important Notes
- If you have legally changed your name, please apply for a name change separately through [Customer Center - FAQ - 1:1 Inquiry], and include supporting documents.
- If the information you submit does not match your membership purchase information, the update may not be accepted.
- For any event that requires identity verification(such as concerts, public broadcasts, online/offline events), membership benefits can only be provided if your membership information matches your official ID.
- KQ Entertainment is not responsible for any errors or disadvantages resulting from incorrect entries made during or after this update period.
