[IMPORTANT NOTICE]
1) To participate in the MEMBERSHIP Presale, you must be a MEMBERSHIP holder and submit the MEMBERSHIP Presale Survey.
2) MEMBERSHIP Presale is a benefit provided only for the MEMBERSHIP holders for the concerts presented by KQ Entertainment. You may be excluded from the MEMBERSHIP Presale if your MEMBERSHIP expires and your MEMBERSHIP eligibility is not maintained.
* Please make sure to check your MEMBERSHIP expiration date before participating in the Survey.
3) The MEMBERSHIP Presale Survey will not accept any additional participation after the specified period has ended, regardless of the reason. Please ensure that you submit the Survey within the participation period.
4) The Survey can be modified during the Survey period, but modifications cannot be made after the deadline. Please fill out the Survey very carefully.
5) Once the Survey closes, a Presale Code will be sent to the email address used as your TOKTOQ ID. The Presale Code is a combination of numbers and alphabets that must be entered before purchasing the MEMBERSHIP Presale tickets.

6) Please make sure to check the right time and date for different time zones when participating in the MEMBERSHIP Presale Survey.
7) KQ Entertainment is not responsible for any inability to participate in the MEMBERSHIP Presale due to personal negligence (such as typos in the Survey, end of the participation period, etc.), and no MEMBERSHIP refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
