We would like to provide information regarding the fan event application for xikers 2025 WORLD TOUR [Road to XY : Enter the Gate].

For those who wish to apply, please refer to the guidelines below.

[Application Period]

■ IN SEOUL : April 3, 2025 (Thu) 12AM ~ April 20, 2025 (Sun) 11:59PM (KST)
■ IN U.S. : March 8, 2025 (Sat) 6AM ~ April 20, 2025 (Sun) 11:59PM (KST)

[How to Apply]

1. Check the schedule of the concert you wish to apply for.
2. Write an application email following the format below.
   <Application Format>
   - Title : [Fan Event] Concert Date (e.g., 250503) / Concert Name (Including City) / Applicant Name (or Group Name)
   - Content: Type of event and detailed execution plan (e.g., slogan event / design drafts needed for the event, etc.)
3. Send the email to the official address within the application period.

• Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received in the mailbox. The decision on whether the event can proceed will be sent via email.
• Please note that applications submitted outside the application period or not following the required format may be canceled without a separate response.
   

[Important Notes]

• Only applications received within the specified period mentioned in this notice will be considered valid.
• Fan event applications are only accepted for concerts listed in the TOKTOQ > NOTICE section.
• Applications will be reviewed based on the concert’s content and flow. Requests for modifications may be made, and if an agreement cannot be reached, the event may not proceed, even if submitted first.
• Only events that have been pre-approved can proceed. Unauthorized events may be restricted on the day of the concert.
• For identical events, only one application per concert will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. (e.g., Two slogan events at one concert = Not allowed / One slogan event + One sing-along event = Allowed)
• Any distribution materials required for the event must be produced only after final approval. The company is not responsible for any materials produced without prior consultation or approval.
