We are notifying you about the TOKTOQ 'Digital Membership Card'.

For members who joined before June 21, 2024 at 9:00 AM (KST)
Please refer to this guide and fill in the membership information to be reflected on the digital membership card.

※ Membership information can be entered from July 2 at 10:00 AM (KST)

• Digital membership cards are provided to all membership members.
• Physical cards are only provided to those who purchase the membership kit, so the membership numbers on the digital and physical cards are different.

• The name in the order information you provided when purchasing the membership will be sequentially reflected on the digital membership card.
  
  ※ The identity and membership verification is needed and checked at online/offline sites requiring membership verification. If your name is in a language other than Korean or English, you may be restricted from participating on site.
  
  For those [1. whose name is not displayed on the card] and [2. whose name in the order information is in a language other than Korean/English or includes special characters], please check the content below and inquire through [My Page > Customer Center > 1:1 Inquiry] on the xikers official platform.
  
  ■ Application period: Until July 4, 2024 (Thu) 11:59 PM (KST)
  ■ Inquiry form:

  [Content: Existing name in the order information / Name to change (Only Korean or English is possible)]
  
  ■ Notes:
  - You can only change to a Korean or English name that matches the information on your ID.
  - If you enter someone else's information, it will be considered as identity theft or transfer and change will not be possible.
  
  * No name changes will be possible after this application period under any circumstances.
  * If you do not fall under categories ① or ②, please refrain from inquiring as changes are not possible.
   

[Date of Birth and Phone Number]

• For those who joined the membership before June 21, 9 AM (KST)
  On July 2, 2024 (Tuesday) after 10 AM (KST) you can directly write your date of birth and phone number once.
• How to write: Login > MY > My Membership > View Membership Details > Membership Information > Enter date of birth and phone number (displayed immediately on the digital membership card after entry)

• Please accurately fill out your personal information, as additional modifications cannot be made regardless of the reason.
• For membership registration or renewal after June 21, 9 AM (KST), the membership information you provided at the time of payment will be directly entered into the card.
