With the renewal of the xikers OFFICIAL FANCLUB road𝓨 MEMBERSHIP (hereinafter referred to as "membership"), a new membership kit will be released.

※ Important Information
- The above schedule is subject to change depending on circumstances.
- Membership kits are available for purchase exclusively by registered members, with a limit of one kit per ID during the membership period.
For more details about the membership kit, please refer to the [SHOP - ‘road𝓨 2nd MEMBERSHIP KIT’ product sales page] which will be announced at a later date.

Notice
- The membership scheduled for renewal will be opened as a ‘new product’ that is different from the previous product. Benefits within the product will also be renewed.
- Please note that only one-time payments are available for memberships scheduled for renewal.
* After this notice is posted (June 5, 2024 (Wed) at 12PM), you will no longer be able to purchase regular payment products with the existing membership. If you are currently subscribed to an existing membership with regular payments, the subscription will be automatically canceled on June 7, 2024 (Fri).
(ex. if you purchase an existing membership product with regular payments on June 4, 2024, and the expiration date is June 5, 2025, the regular payment will be terminated on June 7, 2024, but your membership benefits will continue until June 5, 2025.
- Membership renewal benefits will be applied to all existing members / new members / renewing members from June 21, 2024 (Fri) at 9AM.
* However, for existing members, the digital membership card (part of the renewed membership benefits) requires data transfer and is scheduled to be issued in July 2024.
- The membership is exclusive to TOKTOQ members, and is limited to one membership registration per ID.
* If you purchase an additional membership while already holding an existing membership, it will be deemed a duplicate purchase. In such cases, you must manually cancel the ‘order complete’ status of the newly purchased membership.
* What is renewal? Renewing members who re-register for membership within 15 days from the expiration date of the existing membership period. (If the renewal payment is completed using the same ID as the existing membership, the original membership registration date will be retained.) * Features related to membership registration dates will be updated at a later date. |
